Stefano Olmeti, PhD, PCCExecutive Leadership CoachI am an ICF-certified global leadership coach and consultant working with leaders from around the world to help them achieve healthy results for themselves, their organizations and their communities. I also advise executives and coaching/L&D directors to achieve more through coaching and learning. I specialize in working internationally with mission-driven individuals, groups, and organizations around executive leadership competencies, career transitions, leading change, handling complexity and inventing the future. I have coached people of 40+ nationalities and my clients typically face uncertainty, and long for greater freedom, contribution, and fulfillment. I create learning containers for accelerated development, greater presence, and conscious impact. My approach integrates concepts and tools from Management, Leadership, Social Change and Mindfulness. While each client is unique, many described my coaching as pragmatic, generative and compassionate. Before starting coaching full time, I was the Coaching Manager at the World Bank Group in Washington DC, where I delivered global coaching and strategic client initiatives for hundreds of leaders worldwide. Before that I was Head of L&D of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, UK, and a professor of Management at Bocconi University (Italy). I hold a PhD in Business Administration and the PCC (Professional Coaching Certified Coaching) credential from the International Coach Federation. In addition to working independently, I am a facilitator of transformation with Aberkyn/McKinsey and a faculty member/executive coach at the Center for Excellence in Public Leadership at George Washington University and at SDA Bocconi School of Management (Italy). I am a “global at heart” man and my personal mission is to co-create greater leadership for the world. Elm Leadership is an expression of this desire. |
Anne Egseth, MA, PCCIntegral Coach
My gift is helping people bring forth more of who they truly are. Clients often come to me when they are feeling stuck, and miss a “spark”. As an integral coach I help them find it. I have worked with men and women from various backgrounds: arts performers, specialists, coaches, expatriate spouses, mothers. Regardless of my clients’ form of expression, I engage with who they are and what they say, ask questions, listen, and design practices to help them reconnect with their own unique voice. Together, we work deeply, creatively and with compassion. And we move forward. I also teach and consult in the field of embodied leadership, to foster somatic awareness, increased presence and real connection. I teach people to become aware of how they move, and develop competencies for leading more authentically and powerfully. I am a classically trained actor and an ICF certified coach from New Venture West. Before embracing leadership, I acted professionally in Norway (my home country) and the United Kingdom. I have also been engaging in personal development for more than 20 years, meditate regularly and am an advanced student at the Washington DC Center for Consciousness Studies, where I focus on the connection between meditation, psychotherapy and well being. I am an adjunct faculty member of New Venture West School of Coaching and of the Center for Excellence in Public Leadership at George Washington University. |
